The main law concerning youth in Luxembourg is definitely the “Loi du 4 juillet 2008 sur la jeunesse”, which introduces different relevant provisions related to youth and which is quoted in many official documents.
2013
- Loi du 18 février 2013 sur l’accueil de jeunes au pair.
This law introduces provisions with regards to the welcoming of au pair young people in Luxembourg.

- Loi du 19 décembre 2008 portant réforme de la formation professionnelle.
One of the different provisions of this law is to follow young people into the transition from formation to working life.
